About this Speaker
Ashley Mika Ito is a 2nd grade teacher at Kanoelani Elementary School and has been in the Hawaii DOE for 8 years. Ashley and her husband, Travis Ito of Blue Logic Labs, created the Hawaii Distance Learning Forum in response to COVID-19. Long term, Ashley sees the forum evolving into a permanent space to continue teacher connections, shared experiences, and collaboration with one another.
