Dr. Diane Paloma

Dr. Diane S.L. Paloma is the President and CEO of Hawaii Dental Service, responsible for improving the oral health for Hawaii families by increasing access and affordability to dental care to maintain healthy smiles and total body health. Dr. Paloma has spent her career in healthcare since 1995 and volunteers her time as a board member for various community organizations advancing health and education. Dr. Paloma previously served as the CEO for King Lunalilo Trust and Home and is the former Director of The Queen’s Health Systems, Native Hawaiian Health Program. Prior to Queen’s, she served as the Director of Management Affairs of the Department of Native Hawaiian Health at the University of Hawaii’s John A. Burns School of Medicine. Dr. Paloma stays deeply connected to her Native Hawaiian roots through the art of hula and serves as the halau leader for Ka Pa Hula O Ka Lei Lehua.
