Michelle Kirk serves as vice president of client experience for Hawaii’s largest HR solutions provider, ProService. As the service executive, Michelle leads company strategy and builds outstanding teams to help Hawaii employers implement innovative HR solutions designed to help them succeed and grow. Under Michelle’s guidance, the more than 300-strong “PROhana” delivers consistent, accurate, responsive, and caring service to Hawaii organizations – small and large.
Michelle’s talent and passion for hiring, training, developing and retaining customer service talent dates back to earlier roles at JCPenney in Plano, Texas where she led talent development and eventually served as vice president for corporate talent acquisition. Prior to joining ProService in 2017, Michelle worked as a merchandise manager at Walmart, out of its corporate headquarters in Bentonville, Arkansas. Michelle is a graduate of the University of Arizona.
