What is the difference between the In-Person Full Conference ticket, In-Person Full Conference + Replays ticket and Virtual ticket?

“In-Person Full Conference” Ticket Inclusions:
 Attend Conference In-Person at the Hilton Hawaiian Village on July 21, 2022
• Includes Opening and Closing General Sessions, Breakout Sessions, and Networking Lunch
• Access to Conference Expo

“In-Person Full Conference + Replays” Ticket Inclusions:
 Attend Conference In-Person at the Hilton Hawaiian Village on July 21, 2022
• Includes Opening and Closing General Sessions, Breakout Sessions, and Networking Lunch
• Access to Conference Expo
• Access to Online Replays for all sessions

“Virtual” Ticket Inclusions:
• View the Opening and Closing General Sessions Virtually via Live Stream
• Access to Online Replays for all sessions (content available post-conference until September 30, 2022) 


Will any of the sessions be livestreamed?

The Opening General session, Closing General session and This is the Future You Need to Prepare For breakout session will be livestreamed. Only "Virtual" ticket holders will have access to the livestream sessions. "In-Person Full Conference" ticket holders will have access to the replays post-conference until September 30, 2022.


Which ticket includes session recordings/replays?

“In-Person Full Conference + Replays” and “Virtual” ticket holders will have access to replays of all sessions. Recording of sessions will be available post-conference until September 30, 2022.


How do Virtual ticket holders access the livestream sessions (Opening General session, Closing General session, “This is the Future You Need to Prepare For” breakout session)

Login to the Leadership Conference website using the unique email address you used to register
• Navigate to the "My Agenda" page
• Click into the session you wish to attend, scroll down until you see one of the following:
            1. "You're booked in to see this breakout session!" (this message will change once the session goes live)
            2. Button saying "WATCH NOW" (clicking this will take you into the session)


How do I access replays of the sessions?

Login to the Leadership Conference website.
Please use the email address you registered with to login. You will receive a unique link to that email address to verify it is your account.
• The link should direct you to the "My Agenda" page.
• Click “View” at the bottom of each session and you should see the video with a play button to start the replay! 


Do I need to choose my sessions when I register? Can I change them later?

• For “In-Person Full Conference” and “In-Person Full Conference + Replay” ticket holders, please select your sessions when registering. You are welcome to change your session selection at any time.
• "Virtual" ticket holders should “select all” sessions when registering.


Can I buy tickets for someone else?

• Yes, but you must enter a unique email for each attendee and complete the registration.
• The receipt and all information will be sent to the attendee’s email. 


How do I register multiple attendees?

You will need to register each person individually.
• Enter first attendee's email
• Select sessions.
• Enter first attendee's information

You may use a credit card from a different cardholder to complete the registration. Repeat the same process for the rest of the attendees.

You will need to log out of the registered attendee to restart the registration process. The receipt and login instructions will be sent to the email entered during registration, not to the cardholder.


Why do I have to enter multiple attendees separately?

An attendee's email address is the unique identifier used by the platform to differentiate between participants.


I would like to purchase 10+ In-Person tickets at the Group Rate, who do I contact?

To purchase group rate tickets, contact eventsteam@hawaiibusiness.com.


I never received a confirmation that I was registered for the Conference. What can I do?

Please double check your junk mailbox to make sure your firewall isn’t blocking messages coming from our Conference platform HeySummit. If you don’t see it in your junk mailbox, please email us at digital@hawaiibusiness.com.

Where will the conference take place at the Hilton Hawaiian Village Waikiki?

The 2022 Leadership Conference will take place in the Coral Ballrooms. Click here to download a map of the Conference!


Is parking available at Hilton Hawaiian Village Waikiki?

• Yes, self-parking and valet-parking is available on-site. Validated self-parking is $10 per vehicle. Validated valet-parking is $15 per vehicle. Be sure to get your parking ticket validated at the validation table in the expo area.


Are meals provided for In-Person attendees?

A plated lunch is included in the “In-Person Full Conference” and “In-Person Full Conference + Replay” ticket options.
