About this Breakout session
Explore the initiative that works to protect, honor, and perpetuate Hawaiʻi’s Soul - the very essence of Hawaiʻi - that can help guide us through uncertain times and into the future. The Rediscovering Hawai‘i’s Soul (RHS) network enables leaders to find common ground and ways to work together to reimagine a future for Hawai‘i that is thriving, inclusive, and grounded in Hawaiian values and our diverse cultures. It began in 2022 with a gathering of Native Hawaiian leaders, CEOs, and nonprofit and community leaders, who converged to co-create the possible futures of Hawaiʻi’s Soul. Today, more than 150 businesses and organizations are now collaborating through the teachings of Hawaiʻi’s Soul to bring positive change statewide. Listen in as we delve into the deep meaning, history and value of Hawaiʻi, and discuss the urgency and collective commitment needed to preserve our island home.
